<p><span style="color:#0099cc"><strong>-Bienvenidos al Club Excelencia en Gestión. Esta es una buena ocasión para conocer de su propia mano, cómo es su organización y por qué apuestan por comprometerse más por la Excelencia en este momento.</strong></span></p>\r\n

<p>Inmark es una compañía que, desde su nacimiento en el año 1977, siempre ha puesto al cliente en el centro de todas sus decisiones, lo que nos ha llevado durante más de 40 años a ampliar nuestra oferta para que las opciones de relación con el cliente fueran mayores, y a expandirnos a los mercados a los que se dirigían: América Latina y UE. Inmark es una organización cuyos servicios todas las empresas los necesitan: proveemos de la información que las compañías requieren para la toma de decisiones, formamos a sus empleados y ejecutamos las políticas comerciales de las organizaciones cuando desean contar con equipos externos de venta. En nuestra actuación siempre hemos primado que el cliente quedara plenamente satisfecho con nuestra actuación, lo que nos ha permitido tener una elevada recurrencia en las actuaciones con ellos. Algunos, un número no menor, lo son desde hace 30 años, de manera recurrente cada año.</p>\r\n

<p><span style="color:#0099cc"><strong>- ¿Cuál es el sector de consultoría más demandada?</strong></span></p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>En los ámbitos de actuación de la oferta de inmark la consultoría que llevamos a cabo contempla de manera relevante actuaciones en el sector financiero y asegurador, proyectos de I+D+i financiados por la Comisión de la Unión Europa, Turismo y procesos de transformación digital. En general, el sector servicios es el que más demanda nuestra actuación.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p><span style="color:#0099cc"><strong>¿Influye el momento de transformación digital en este negocio?</strong></span></p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Influye principalmente la exigencia del mercado y las empresas que lo integran a su transformación y la adecuación continua y rápida de su oferta a las demandas de los clientes. Hay que estar innovando permanentemente e inmark lo hace precisamente adaptando su oferta a las variaciones en los comportamientos de los clientes que al mismo tiempo lo tienen que hacer con sus consumidores y usuarios. En este sentido, hace 6 años creamos una nueva área de negocio, inmark mobile, que desarrolla aplicaciones para ser utilizadas en dispositivos móviles y realiza consultoría en procesos de transformación y adecuación digital.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p><span style="color:#0099cc"><strong>- ¿Qué es lo más importante en su opinión para conseguir una gestión excelente en este sector? </strong></span></p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Todo lo que hacemos debe permitir al cliente tomar decisiones y, además, que su puesta en práctica permita alcanzar los objetivos fijados. Para ello es preciso ser muy flexibles, tecnológicamente avanzados, y dotados de un equipo profesional que facilite alcanzar los objetivos vinculados a los proyectos para los que nos contratan nuestros clientes. En este sentido el compromiso de inmark con sus clientes en los proyectos que nos encomiendan va más allá de diseñar técnicamente los procesos y elaborar informes con conclusiones y recomendaciones de actuación; nos involucramos, en muchos casos, en su implementación.</p>\r\n

<p><span style="color:#0099cc"><strong>- Agrupan más de 150 consultores y tiene una fuerte presencia en América ¿cuáles son las principales diferencias en los distintos mercados cuando se habla de gestión excelente? </strong></span></p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Los niveles de exigencia han sido distintos en todos los mercados en los que actuamos, pero en este momento puedo decir que se han igualado tremendamente. Por ello es imprescindible acometer cualquier proyecto con los mismos niveles de exigencia. Al contrario de lo que ocurre por ejemplo en determinadas prácticas deportivas por equipos que ponen al conjunto titular o al equipo suplente según el rival, en nuestra actuación no es posible tener suplentes; todos deben sentirse y ser titulares. Y tampoco son posibles las rotaciones.</p>\r\n

<p><span style="color:#0099cc"><strong>- El Foro Anual del Club se ha llamado “El GPS de las organizaciones del futuro” ¿cómo se definiría en su grupo ese GPS como consultor en contacto con más de mil clientes?</strong></span></p>\r\n

<p>Lo de los mil clientes entiendo que hace referencia a nuestro histórico en los 42 años de vida. Inmark trabaja en este momento, de manera continuada, en 10 países, y como indicaba anteriormente, afortunadamente tenemos una alta recurrencia en la relación con nuestros clientes. Nuestro GPS es precisamente la demanda de nuestros clientes. En este momento la mayoría de ellos son grandes empresas (más de 250 empleados y más de 50 millones de facturación), y en muchos casos nuestra actuación es de gran relevancia para la toma de sus decisiones y para la ejecución de sus planes de negocio. Justamente la relevancia de sus actuaciones nos permite tomar de manera continuada el pulso del mercado, de la demanda, y gracias a ello adaptar nuestra oferta de servicio a sus exigencias, que requieren de una constante adecuación, y hacerlo de una manera rápida siendo muy flexibles en los proyectos.</p>\r\n
