Los representantes de la <strong><a href="http://www.dipta.cat/es" target="_blank">Diputación de Tarragona</a></strong>, el <strong><a href="http://www.madrid.org/cs/Satellite?pagename=HospitalGregorioMaranon/Page/HGMA_home" target="_blank">Hospital Gregorio Marañón</a></strong>, el <strong><a href="http://www.seg-social.es/wps/portal/wss/internet/Inicio" target="_blank">INSS</a></strong>, la <strong><a href="https://www.umh.es/" target="_blank">Universidad Miguel Hernández</a></strong> y la <strong><a href="https://www.uned.es/universidad/" target="_blank">UNED</a></strong> recogerán sus respectivos premios el próximo mes de marzo en un acto presidido por la Ministra Meritxell Batet.</em></p>\r\n

<p>Los <strong>Premios a la Calidad y la Innovación en la Gestión Pública</strong> tienen cada vez mayor reconocimiento. Este año la competencia ha sido más elevada que en ediciones anteriores, habiéndose presentado 56 candidaturas frente a las 44 de 2016. En concreto, para el premio a la Excelencia en la Gestión Pública, se han presentado 15 organizaciones y 41 en los Premios a la Innovación en la Gestión Pública (9 prácticas en la categoría Ciudadanía y 32 prácticas en la categoría Innovación en la Gestión).</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>El jurado ha estado compuesto, como es habitual, por empleados públicos expertos en la materia, siendo 45 evaluadores en el Premio de Excelencia y 39 en los Premios Ciudadanía e Innovación. El secretario general del Club Excelencia en Gestión, <strong>Ignacio Babé</strong>, ha sido uno de los vocales del jurado. Junto a él han deliberado el presidente del Jurado, el secretario de Estado de Función Pública, José Antonio Benedicto, y la vicepresidenta, María Pía Junquera, directora general de Gobernanza Pública. El grupo de vocales ha estado conformado además por Rosa María Salazar, directora gerente del Hospital de Guadarrama; Manuel Francisco Rodríguez, coordinador del Organismo Autónomo de Recaudación y Gestión Tributaria (REGTSA) de la Diputación Provincial de Salamanca; Enrique Marco, director de Estrategia de la Asociación Española para la Calidad AEC; Juan Luis Martín, director general de la Fundación Iberoamericana para la Gestión de la Calidad (FUNDIBEQ); y Rafael García Meiro, director general de AENOR.</p>\r\n

<p>El Premio Excelencia en la Gestión Pública este año, ha sido para la Diputación de Tarragona, socio del Club Excelencia en Gestión y poseedor del Sello de Excelencia EFQM 500+. Además, el Accésit ha sido concedido al, también socio del Club, Servicio de Farmacia del Hospital Universitario Gregorio Marañón, también con Sello de Excelencia EFQM 500+, y el Hospital Universitario de Getafe.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>El <strong>Premio a la Innovación en la Gestión</strong>, cuyas prácticas han versado en sistemas de evaluación del rendimiento; gestión de procesos y actividades formativas; certificación de sistemas de calidad; eficiencia energética y responsabilidad social; ha recaído sobre el sistema SEREs de la Tesorería General de la Seguridad Social. Sin embargo, otros dos de socios se han llevado el accésit: el "Acceso telemático a la historia clínica electrónica de las mutuas colaboradoras con la Seguridad Social por los médicos inspectores del Instituto Nacional de la Seguridad Social", práctica presentada por la Dirección Provincial INSS en Málaga, y la "Plataforma digital de gestión y evaluación de exámenes para el desarrollo de las pruebas presenciales en los centros asociados de la UNED", presentada por la Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (UNED).</p>\r\n

<p>El último de los premios, el <strong>Premio a la Ciudadanía</strong>, reconoce las prácticas innovadoras en servicios y en los sistemas de relación con los ciudadanos o usuarios de los servicios públicos. Diversas han sido las materias sobre las que han tratado las prácticas, desde herramientas de autoevaluación de riesgos para pymes y profesionales que traten datos personales de escaso riesgo; pasando por informes de la vida laboral para empresas; descubrir el talento de los estudiantes, hasta asistencia humanitaria y sanitaria en el mar. El programa "Descubre tu talento", presentado por la Universidad Miguel Hernández de Elche (Sello de Excelencia EFQM <strong>400+</strong>) ha ganado el accésit.</p>\r\n
