<p>El <strong>benchmarking</strong> es un terreno que ofrece un amplio abanico de posibilidades a organizaciones de cualquier sector, dimensión y nivel de madurez. Se trata de un conjunto de herramientas que, aplicadaa a la gestión empresarial, ofrecen un contexto de comparación inmediato del entorno y de los competidores, además de fomentar el aprendizaje y la puesta en marcha de acciones que permiten tomar mejores decisiones y anticiparse a los cambios del entorno local y global.</p>\r\n

<p>Con el fin de que los <strong>Socios </strong>del Club Excelencia en Gestión puedan obtener los <strong>beneficios que presenta el benchmarking</strong>, desde el Club fomenta y organizan las llamadas ‘<strong>Sesiones de Aprendizaje B2B</strong>’: encuentros win-win en los que ponen en contacto a organizaciones de forma individual para compartir sus <strong>buenas prácticas de gestión </strong>en un ámbito determinado previamente. De este modo, las compañías participantes pueden medir en qué punto se encuentran, compararse entre ellas, conocer proyectos innovadores y planificar procesos de mejora.</p>\r\n

<p><strong><a href="https://www.capsafood.com/es/" target="_blank">CAPSA</a></strong>, Socio del Club y poseedor del <a href="http://www.clubexcelencia.org/reconocimiento/presentacion" target="_blank">Sello de Excelencia EFQM 500+,</a> que engloba a marcas de prestigio como Central Lechera Asturiana, Ato o Larsa, ha querido participar en este tipo de sesiones y ha pedido al Club su colaboración para identificar a una empresa adecuada con la que intercambiar experiencias de forma práctica, abierta y transparente.</p>\r\n

<p>Como proyecto estratégico, el Director de Operaciones y Proyectos de mejora CAPSA ya ha creado un <strong>equipo de 5 personas</strong> con responsabilidad global de mejora de la organización, liderado por Daniel Navas, Responsable de Dpto. de Proyectos de Mejora. Equipo que ya está poniendo en marcha varios <strong>proyectos de aplicación tecnológica en el ámbito de la Industria 4.0</strong> para mejorar la eficiencia. En este marco, consideran que existen organizaciones parecidas a la suya (con mucho volumen, poco margen, de la industria agroalimentaria y con producto perecedero) que ya pueden estar aplicando tecnologías y modelos que les podrían ser de mucha utilidad. Es decir, CAPSA se ha marcado como objetivo localizar a una <strong>organización referente en el ámbito de la aplicación de tecnologías</strong> (especialmente en Industria 4.0) dispuesta a <strong>compartir buenas prácticas</strong>.</p>\r\n

<p>El Club Excelencia en Gestión les ha organizado un encuentro en las <strong><a href="http://www.dulcesol.com/" target="_blank">instalaciones de DULCESOL</a></strong>, donde han podido visitar la fábrica y entrevistarse con cuatro personas clave de la organización: Rafael Juan Fernandez, CEO, José Vicente Castell, Director de Relaciones Externas y RSC, Cristian Serra, Responsable técnico de procesos de automatización en planta, y Francisco Armengol, Responsable de proyectos de industria 4.0.</p>\r\n

<p><strong>José Manuel Flórez Rodríguez</strong>, Director de Operaciones y Proyectos de mejora en <strong>CAPSA</strong>, ha afirmado tras la jornada que “la experiencia de poder ver “in situ” la aplicación de técnicas, procesos y tecnología aplicada a la mejora en DULCESOL, ha sido muy positiva. Ello nos permite tener una visión distinta y aplicable a nuestro negocio que nos enriquece a ambas organizaciones”.</p>\r\n
