<p>Instituciones de primera línea en el panorama empresarial como la Cámara de Comercio de Sevilla, socio y partner del Club Excelencia en Gestión, son altamente conscientes de la necesidad imperiosa de realizar cambios en todos los niveles de las organizaciones para poder hacer frente así a las oportunidades y retos de presente y futuro.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>La revolución 5.0 ya ha llegado; la robotización es uno de los nuevos campos a abordar; el mundo se ha hecho más pequeño gracias a la mejora de las comunicaciones; la competitividad ha aumentado; la volatilidad del entorno se ha incrementado, y las estructuras sociales y organizacionales ya no son tan robustas como lo eran antes. Por ello ha llegado el momento de que cualquier entidad dedique tiempo y recursos a analizar en qué punto del proceso de transformación se encuentra y determinar a dónde quiere llegar.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Para facilitar y acompañar a las organizaciones en el camino de la transformación, la Cámara de Comercio de Sevilla y el Club Excelencia en Gestión se han unido para promover un <a href="https://camaradesevilla.com/club-camara/potenciacion-excelencia/" target="_blank">Programa para la Excelencia Empresarial</a>, con una serie de iniciativas sin duda provechosas para los socios de la Cámara:</p>\r\n

\t<li><strong>Herramienta de diagnóstico <a href="http://www.clubexcelencia.org/inicia/" target="_blank">INICIA</a></strong>, para conocer de forma rápida y sencilla cuál es el grado de Excelencia de una organización y, a partir de ahí, plantear un plan de mejora.</li>\r\n

<ul>\r\n
\t<li><strong>Estudio ‘<a href="https://impulsa.estudiosdeployment.es/survey/index/sid/647581/token/HFu5twBqLqiWFaq/lang/es/newtest/Y" target="_blank">Acelerómetro de la transformación’</a></strong>, mediante cuyas preguntas los asociados podrán de medir el grado en que las organizaciones están acelerando su proceso de transformación, independientemente del foco de cambio al que se orientan, y conocer su potencial de aceleración.</li>\r\n

\t<li><strong><a href="https://foroclubexcelencia.com/" target="_blank">Foro anual: Acelerando la transformación de las organizaciones</a></strong>, el Foro Anual del Club Excelencia en Gestión, al que la Cámara invitará a todos sus socios.</li>\r\n

<p>Luis Cordero, Director Comercial de Cámara de Comercio de Sevilla, considera que “sin duda alguna el entorno empresarial se encuentra a día de hoy en el denominado Entorno V.I.C.A. (Volátil + Incierto + Complejo + Ambiguo ) y , poder dirigir todo el proceso de transformación a unos criterios que siempre sean referentes, con afán de superación diaria y orientados a la resiliencia empresarial, pone las bases de éxitos para la sostenibilidad de las organizaciones y entidades empresariales”. Añade además que para la transformación exitosa “sin duda alguna mi recomendación particular sería empezar por las herramientas de autodiagnóstico. Si no te conoces bien no podrás determinar nunca dónde y cómo quieres llegar”.</p>\r\n

<p>Desde Cámara de Comercio Sevilla han querido apostar este año por el lanzamiento de una plataforma denominada ‘TIC Negocios Sevilla’, que pretende ser el espacio de encuentro entre la oferta TIC y las necesidades de la Pyme para detectar servicios, conocer tendencias, formación y encontrar un espacio de confianza donde poder tomar las decisiones de compra. “El apellido DIGITAL junto al nombre TRANSFORMACIÓN se ha vuelto en el más obsesivo para la pyme. En muchas ocasiones su recorrido en el proceso se ha realizado mediante avances disruptivos, aunque no cabe duda de que la transformación ha de ser holística y tener una visión de 360º en la empresa”, asegura Cordero.</p>\r\n

<p>Alfredo Millán, Director del Club Excelencia en Gestión, asegura que “nuestro propósito es ayudar a que las organizaciones se transformen a través de una gestión excelente, innovadora y sostenible, con el fin último de crear una sociedad mejor. Una de nuestras actividades más importantes es reconocer a aquellas organizaciones que están trabajando para mejorar su sistema de gestión, para lo que pusimos en marcha hace casi 20 años el Sello de Excelencia EFQM, por el que han apostado más de 3.500 organizaciones en nuestro país, situando a España como el líder en Europa número de Sellos EFQM.” Por este motivo el Club ha querido “poner a disposición de un socio y partner como la Cámara de Comercio una serie de herramientas que puedan ayudar a sus asociados a llevar a cabo un proceso se transformación hacia la excelencia de la forma más satisfactoria posible”, añade Millán.</p>\r\n
