<p><strong><em>Bajo el lema </em></strong><strong>“Acelerando la transformación de las organizaciones”, el <em><a href="http://www.clubexcelencia.org/" target="_blank">Club Excelencia en Gestión</a> </em><em>ha celebrado la 26ª edición de su Foro Anual para ayudar a todo tipo de organizaciones a afrontar el gran reto de su transformación, de la mano de organizaciones punteras del ecosistema empresarial español. Unos 300 asistentes se congregaron en Madrid para ser partícipes de charlas y talleres punteros a cargo de directivos de primera línea.</em></strong></p>\r\n

<p>La temática escogida para este año ha sido la de la tan necesaria ‘<strong>transformación organizacional</strong>’ ya que, en un entorno dinámico, cambiante y global como el actual, cualquier tipo de organización se ve obligada a transformarse para poder garantizar su supervivencia. Destacados profesionales de empresas punteras nacionales e internacionales han aportado su visión, <em>know how</em> y <em>expertise</em> sobre cuáles son las claves para que las organizaciones afronten de forma exitosa el gran reto de su transformación.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>El programa fijado para la jornada se ha organizado en <strong>tres partes</strong> en las que se han incluido actividades de diversas temáticas y formatos: la inicial en la que se ha desarrollado de forma participativa el tema central de la <strong>aceleración de la transformación a través de ponentes</strong>; la segunda parte en la que se ha propiciado el <strong><em>networking</em></strong> entre los asistentes y una última en la que se han realizado <strong>talleres para impulsar el benchmarking</strong> y compartir herramientas prácticas que permitan aplicar los conocimientos obtenidos en la primera parte del encuentro.</p>\r\n

<p>La <strong>inauguración del Foro </strong>ha tenido lugar<strong> a las 9.30h de la mañana de la mano de Russell Longmuir, CEO de EFQM, e Ignacio Babé, Secretario General y CEO del Club Excelencia en Gestión</strong>, quienes han dado una visión general sobre el futuro de las organizaciones. <strong>Ignacio Babé</strong>, Secretario General y CEO del <strong>Club Excelencia en Gestión</strong>, ha hablado sobre los principales rasgos del <strong>nuevo Modelo de Excelencia EFQM 2020</strong>: “El nuevo Modelo busca ver qué están haciendo las organizaciones para anticiparse y prepararse frente al futuro. El cambio más grande del Modelo es que está centrado en abordar la transformación de las organizaciones y sus operaciones, es decir que está convirtiéndose más en una <em>management tool </em>que en un <em>assessment tool</em>.”</p>\r\n

<p>Este año el evento ha contado con ponentes de alto nivel de organizaciones como <strong>MERCK, MICROSOFT, MAHOU SAN MIGUEL, ONCE, SODEXO, CABIFY, MAPFRE, CALIDAD PASCUAL, BANCO SABADELL, PROCTER&GAMBLE ENAGÁS, FUNDACIÓ CLAROR, EFQM o CEOE.</strong></p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>La primera en intervenir ha sido <strong>Marieta Jiménez, Presidenta y Directora General de MERCK</strong>, quien ha ofrecido una ponencia sobre las claves para <strong>acelerar la transformación de las organizaciones</strong>. Tras ello, ha dado comienzo la primera de las Mesas de debate: <strong>“Nuevos negocios: </strong>Creando valor con nuevos negocios”. <strong>Mariel Vázquez, Directora de Experiencia de Cliente de SAVIA (MAPFRE), y Mariano Silveyra, Presidente de Europa de CABIFY</strong>, han aportado su punto de vista sobre el tema en un diálogo introducido por Juanjo Santacana, Director Adjunto de El Economista. <strong>Mariano Silveyra</strong> ha puntualizado las dificultades a las que se enfrentan los nuevos negocios: “En una <em>startup</em> hay cosas que son muy fáciles, pero otras que son muy difíciles. Hay mercados no regulados, otros extremadamente regulados, pero lo que más destaca de una <em>startup</em> es el querer cambiar las cosas”. “Lo que estamos haciendo en Cabify es muy positivo para la sociedad. Hay que arriesgar porque el mundo solo lo cambiamos siendo valientes”, ha añadido.</p>\r\n

<p>Los asistentes han tenido la ocasión de hacer <em>networking</em> en la pausa café previo al comienzo la <strong>Mesa de debate sobre “Nuevos Valores</strong>: Valores clave para acelerar la transformación de las organizaciones”, dinamizada por <strong>Jesús Alcoba, Director General de LA SALLE International Graduate School of Business</strong>. Representantes de primer nivel de compañías de diferentes sectores han intervenido en el coloquio: <strong>José Luis Sáiz, CEO de CALIDAD PASCUAL, Carina Cabezas, Presidenta de SODEXO, y Gabriel Domingo, Director General de FUNDACIÓ CLAROR.</strong></p>\r\n
