Este Sello certifica la calidad asistencial ofrecida por la organización, la eficiencia de su gestión, la innovación y su clara orientación al paciente.</em></strong></p>\r\n

<p>El Director de Servicios y Personas del <strong>Club Excelencia en Gestión</strong>, Alfredo Millán, ha hecho entrega al gerente del <strong>Hospital General Universitario Gregorio Marañón</strong>, Joseba Barroeta, del certificado correspondiente al <strong>Sello de Excelencia Europea EFQM 400+</strong>, reconocimiento que concede el Club Excelencia en Gestión como único representante oficial en España de la <strong>Fundación Europea para la Gestión de la Calidad</strong> (EFQM). Al acto ha asistido el consejero de Sanidad de la Comunidad de Madrid, Enrique Ruiz Escudero.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>El Sello ha sido concedido de manera conjunta por el Club de Excelencia en Gestión y Bureau Veritas, entidad de certificación acreditada por el Club en la concesión de los Sellos EFQM. Tras una rigurosa evaluación, este Sello ha reconocido el trabajo del Hospital en busca de la <strong>mejora continua</strong>, tomando como referencia el modelo EFQM. Así mismo, ha certificado la <strong>calidad asistencial</strong> ofrecida por la Institución, la <strong>eficiencia</strong> de su gestión, la <strong>innovación</strong> y su clara <strong>orientación al paciente</strong>.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>El examen basado en el Modelo europeo EFQM de Excelencia ha tenido en cuenta nueve parámetros que estudian, por un lado, qué hace la organización y cómo lo hace y, por otro, qué resultados conseguidos en su relación con sus grupos de interés y en el cumplimiento del plan estratégico.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>La distinción obtenida por el Hospital Gregorio Marañón destaca, entre otros aspectos, su estructura organizativa muy centrada en el paciente, el fomento de la cultura de mejora, la participación y los valores compartidos, el apoyo a la innovación, la gestión eficaz de su amplia cartera de servicios, y el desarrollo de numerosas alianzas y acuerdos con diferentes organizaciones.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>El informe final ha resaltado varias <strong>buenas prácticas</strong> que distinguen a este Hospital. Entre ellas el CEIMI, Centro de Enfermedades Inflamatorias Mediadas por la Inmunidad, como modelo de gobernanza clínica compartida; Farmaventura, una divertida consulta de dispensación farmacéutica para conseguir mayor adherencia a los tratamientos por parte de los niños; y el Proyecto Morfeo, para mejorar la calidad del descanso percibida por los pacientes hospitalizados.</p>\r\n

<p>El <strong>gerente del Hospital General Universitario Gregorio Marañón</strong>, <strong>Joseba Barroeta</strong>, ha destacado en su intervención que este reconocimiento es el resultado del esfuerzo y la implicación de los profesionales del Marañón y ha refrendado el compromiso del Hospital de trabajar bajo unos estándares de excelencia, con el paciente en el centro de todas sus iniciativas, tanto de gestión como asistenciales. </p>\r\n

<p><strong>Rodrigo Sagredo</strong>, <strong>Manager de la Región Centro de Bureau Veritas</strong>, ha señalado que “el centro ha conseguido, por primera vez, la certificación del Sello de Excelencia Europea 400+ con unos resultados muy altos, tal y como constata la auditoría realizada por el Club Excelencia en Gestión y por Bureau Veritas, como tercera parte independiente.
