<p>Uno de los activos más valorados hoy en día en cualquier tipo de organización son las buenas prácticas y la excelencia en la gestión, el “hacer bien las cosas que hay que hacer”. Algo que solo es posible conseguir gracias a la constancia y a la implicación de todas las personas que forman la organización, de sus <em>partners</em>, de sus clientes, de sus líderes, etc, que ayudan a construir un modelo de gestión óptimo. Sin embargo, a pesar de lo positivo de ser excelentes, en ocasiones no se comunica; no se da a conocer al no ser algo tangible.</p>\r\n

<p>Una manera excelente de reconocer públicamente ese esfuerzo e incentivar la mejora sistemática es optar por el Reconocimiento EFQM, que además promueve el aprendizaje continuo de la organización y ayuda a marcar objetivos alcanzables en planes a largo plazo.</p>\r\n

<p>El <strong>Sello de Excelencia EFQM</strong> nació hace casi 20 años en España con el propósito de mostrar los logros de las organizaciones y de generar entusiasmo por la mejora de la gestión, a la vez que propiciar una cultura de excelencia y de mejora continua y aportar prestigio internacional.</p>\r\n

<p>Es el único que reconoce a las <strong>organizaciones que están gestionándose de una forma excelente y están obteniendo unos resultados sobresalientes sostenibles en el tiempo</strong>. Se trata de un reconocimiento nacional e internacional, basado en el Modelo EFQM y otorgado por el Club Excelencia en Gestión como único representante oficial en España de la EFQM.</p>\r\n

<p><strong><u>¿Por dónde empezar?</u></strong></p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Si una organización está interesada en saber más sobre el Sello EFQM puede contactar con el Club Excelencia o con una de las Entidades de Certificación que colaboran en el sistema de reconocimiento: AENOR, BUREAU VERITAS, CÁMARA CERTIFICA, EDUQATIA, SGS y TÜV RHEINLAND. El Sello EFQM es otorgado conjuntamente por el Club Excelencia y por una de estas 6 Entidades de Certificación con el fin de garantizar el correcto desarrollo y aplicación de la metodología de certificación.</p>\r\n

<p>El primer paso para la organización es hacer un diagnóstico inicial del nivel de la Excelencia. <a href="http://www.clubexcelencia.org/inicia" target="_blank">INICIA </a>es una herramienta digital gratuita a disposición de todas las organizaciones que ayuda a hacer este diagnóstico inicial y a establecer los siguientes pasos continuar el camino hacia la Excelencia. </p>\r\n

<p><strong><u>Niveles de reconocimiento</u></strong></p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Cuatro son <strong>los niveles que presenta el Sello de Excelencia EFQM</strong>, de manera que las organizaciones pueden trazar así su propia ruta hacia la excelencia y ponerse metas realistas de mejora respecto al Modelo EFQM: el nivel inicial de ‘<strong>Compromiso hacia la excelencia</strong>’ y los posteriores niveles <strong>EFQM 300+, EFQM 400+ y EFQM 500+.</strong></p>\r\n

<p><strong><u>El Modelo EFQM</u></strong></p>\r\n

<p>El Sello EFQM se basa en el <a href="http://www.clubexcelencia.org/modelo-efqm" target="_blank">Modelo EFQM</a>, modelo de gestión que, de forma holística, tiene en cuenta la gestión global de la organización. Es un modelo usado por más de 50.000 organizaciones.</p>\r\n

<p>La filosofía del Modelo EFQM es la autoevaluación. Lo que no se mide, no se puede mejorar y a eso es a lo que ayuda el modelo: a medir para poder poner en marcha de planes de mejora.</p>\r\n

<p>El Modelo EFQM actúa de palanca para transformar a las organizaciones porque ayudan a hacer una reflexión estratégica sobre cómo se están haciendo las cosas y los resultados que se están obteniendo, teniendo en cuenta a todos los grupos de interés: las personas que forman la organización, los <em>partners</em>, los clientes, la sociedad, etc.</p>\r\n

\t<li><strong>Sensibilización y formación:</strong> Resulta esencial involucrar a todas las personas de la organización, proporcionándoles la formación adecuada, para desarrollar sus habilidades y conocimientos sobre el Modelo EFQM.</li>\r\n
\t<li><strong>Asesoría y diagnóstico:</strong> Mediante la primera autoevaluación podrán identificarse los puntos fuertes y oportunidades de mejora de la organización.</li>\r\n
