En él se reunieron una docena de invitados, todos ellos miembros del Club, que debatieron sobre el liderazgo digital como herramienta innovadora de transformación. Un encuentro del que se extrajeron siete puntos clave para su desarrollo.</em></strong></p>\r\n

<p>¿Cómo? A través de una sesión con un enfoque multisectorial en la que representantes de diversas organizaciones compartieron ideas y experiencias al respecto. Y es que el gran objetivo de estos Management Talks es aprender de forma conjunta, dar solución a problemas ya existentes, abrir nuevas puertas al conocimiento y, sobre todo, elaborar estrategias novedosas que fomenten la innovación con ejercicios de co-creación.</p>\r\n

<p>El <a href="http://www.agoraceg.org/banco-conocimiento/documentos-management-talks-liderazgo-digital-clave-de-transformacion" target="_blank"><strong>liderazgo digital</strong></a> es una aptitud poco desarrollada por empresas y entidades, que es necesaria para encauzar las nuevas fórmulas que se están empleando para dirigirse a clientes, proveedores y empleados. Pero también, para gestionar los actuales canales de acceso a los productos y servicios; o para realizar propuestas de valor basadas en los beneficios que aporta la tecnología</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Cada organización debe marcarse una hoja de ruta a medida, adaptada a sus necesidades, y para ello precisa de un equipo directivo formado, preparado y convencido de la importancia del entorno digital para el crecimiento de la entidad a la que representa. A la hora de establecer una estrategia, sus miembros deben tener en cuenta ciertos factores. Por ejemplo, cuáles son las competencias más relevantes para aumentar la capacidad digital de las personas que trabajan en la organización. O también, cuáles son los errores más habituales que se deben evitar.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Con el fin de servir de apoyo y generar valor a niveles más amplios en esta materia, el Club Excelencia en Gestión ha resumido en <strong>siete puntos clave</strong> las principales conclusiones de aquel encuentro. Una serie de consejos y recomendaciones útiles para que todo líder pueda mejorar el potencial innovador de su organización.</p>\r\n

<p><strong>1. Predicar con el ejemplo: </strong>Los primeros espadas de la organización deben estar convencidos al 100% del objetivo de la transformación y transmitírselo a todos sus equipos, no sólo con discursos motivadores, también en sus acciones cotidianas.</p>\r\n

<p><strong>2. Acompañar a quienes no creen en el cambio: </strong>El líder digital ha de saber idear estrategias de acompañamiento que sirvan para cambiar la opinión de aquellos empleados que se resisten a la transformación, y hacerles ver que la adaptación tecnológica es necesaria.</p>\r\n

<p><strong>3. Fomentar una colaboración transversal real</strong>: En la que todas las personas estén correctamente empoderadas para que puedan aportar nuevas ideas con la certeza de que va a ser beneficioso tanto de forma individual como para la organización en su conjunto.</p>\r\n

<p><strong>4. No perder el carácter humano: </strong>Aunque los procesos estén cada vez más automatizados, el producto o servicio que se aporte ha de estar enriquecido por la intuición, las emociones, la creatividad, etc. de todas las personas que conforman la organización.</p>\r\n

<p><strong>5. Medir los avances a través de indicadores:</strong> Hay que marcar hitos a cumplir, no sólo para motivar el crecimiento, también para saber si la estrategia que se sigue es la más adecuada. Es una vara de medir eficaz que ayuda a saber si se está obteniendo un rendimiento óptimo de la digitalización.</p>\r\n

<p><strong>6. Formar y comunicar para potenciar la implicación</strong>: Antes de echar a andar la nueva maquinaria digital es muy importante preparar a todos los miembros de la organización para que sepan utilizarla y sacarle el máximo provecho.</p>\r\n
