<p>Ante un público de más de 500 personas<strong>, Ignacio Babé, Secretario General y CEO del Club Excelencia en Gestión, y Russell Longmuir, CEO de la EFQM</strong>, explicaron con detalle los cambios realizados en el diseño del Modelo. Una nueva versión que intenta ser más sencilla para ayudar, sobre todo, a las pymes a optimizar sus sistemas de gestión.</p>\r\n

<p><em>“Hemos rediseñado el nuevo Modelo teniendo en cuenta que la excelencia ya no es suficiente para obtener resultados en nuestros días. Nos hemos basado en las principales preocupaciones que tienen los CEOs de las organizaciones, observando que en gran medida todas pasan por la transformación”</em>, comentó Ignacio Babé.</p>\r\n

<p>Junto a ellos no faltaron <strong>otros miembros del equipo del Club Excelencia en Gestión</strong>, encabezados por su Presidente, Alberto Durán, también Vicepresidente de la Once, Ilunion y Fundación Once. Tampoco grandes personalidades del ámbito empresarial y de los recursos humanos, como la Ministra de Trabajo, Magdalena Valerio, encargada de entregar algunos de los premios de la jornada. Además de Miguel Garrido, Vicepresidente de la patronal CEOE y Presidente de CEIM, y de John de Zulueta, Presidente del Círculo de Empresarios.</p>\r\n

<p>Las organizaciones galardonadas con el<a href="https://www.clubexcelencia.org/red-electrica-de-espana-y-centro-de-humanizacion-de-la-salud-religiosos-camilos-se-alzan-con-el-i" target="_blank"> <strong>I Premio Nacional de Gestión Excelente, Innovadora y Sostenible</strong> </a>fueron: Red Eléctrica de España, en la categoría de Gran Organización, y Centro de Humanización de la Salud – Religiosos Camilos, en la de Pyme.</p>\r\n

<p>En el caso de los <a href="https://www.clubexcelencia.org/cinco-galardonados-en-la-entrega-los-iii-premios-de-buenas-practicas-en-gestion" target="_blank"><strong>III Premios de Buenas Prácticas en Gestión</strong></a>, se concedieron a cinco proyectos de categorías diferentes:</p>\r\n

<ul>\r\n
\t<li><strong>Universidad:</strong> El portal estadístico de la Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (UNED), enfocado a facilitar la gestión académica en esta institución.</li>\r\n
\t<li><strong>Educación:</strong> El Colegio Internacional SEK Ciudalcampo, por su proyecto de implementación de la música dentro del aula como asignatura troncal.</li>\r\n
\t<li><strong>Sanidad: </strong>El Hospital Universitario Infanta Elena, por el uso del <em>big data</em> a la hora de incrementar la resolución en consultas externas hospitalarias.</li>\r\n
\t<li><strong>Pyme:</strong> La Asociación Amica, por la mejora constante de su gestión con el fin de generar valor.</li>\r\n
\t<li><strong>Gran Organización:</strong> La empresa de alimentación Congalsa, por su proyecto enfocado al cuidado de los empleados para que ello repercuta a su vez en el trato hacia el cliente.</li>\r\n

<p>Finalmente, se han concedido los<a href="https://www.clubexcelencia.org/los-17-nuevos-embajadores-de-la-excelencia-europea-2019" target="_blank"> <strong>Reconocimientos a los Embajadores de la Excelencia Europea 2019</strong></a> a 17 organizaciones, estando en niveles de competición europea, y 3 de ellas destacan por estar <a href="https://clubexcelencia.org/reconocimiento/presentacion" target="_blank"><strong>por encima de los 700 puntos EFQM</strong></a>: Ayuntamiento de Alcobendas, Banc Sabadell y Red Eléctrica de España. Las otras 14, tienen entre 600 y 700 puntos: Área de Conocimiento y Calidad de la Diputación de Tarragona; Biblioteca Universidad de Granada; CaixaBank; Colegio Divina Pastora de León; Colegios Ramón y Cajal; Enagás; Eulen Sociosanitarios; Hospital Moncloa; Hospital Universitario Fundación Jiménez Díaz; Hospital Universitario Infanta Elena; Sanitas; Umivale; y Unión de Mutuas MATEPSS nº 267.</p>\r\n
