<p><strong>¿Qué es la Excelencia en gestión para Centro de Humanización de la Salud-Religiosos Camilos y cómo la materializa en su día a día?</strong></p>\r\n

<p><em>La búsqueda de la calidad ha estado presente en San Camilo desde su origen, ha sido una motivación propia, más allá del reconocimiento externo. El Centro San Camilo se creó para ofrecer una atención de calidad en un contexto en que las personas mayores y al final de su vida presentaban una complejidad creciente<strong>. Buscar la Excelencia nos pone frente de nuestro propio espejo para desvelarnos nuestras cualidades y también los elementos a mejorar para alcanzar un mayor grado de coherencia entre lo que somos y lo que aspiramos a ser. </strong>Se trata de esa tensión interna por reducir la distancia entre la realidad y el escenario a alcanzar en nuestra misión por construir un mundo más justo y más humano.</em></p>\r\n

<p><span style="color:#0099cc"><strong>¿Cómo está humanizando su labor en el ámbito de los cuidados paliativos y de la atención a las personas mayores?</strong></span></p>\r\n

<p><em>Con mucha humildad y reconocimiento a otras entidades que trabajan con esmero y pasión. Aprendiendo continuamente, abriendo los ojos para mirarnos y mirar la realidad cambiante y compleja de las personas más vulnerables. El Centro San Camilo ha integrado el valor de la humanización en su gestión, esto nos lleva a identificar la humanización en nuestra entidad y estrategia pero también en los procesos de trabajo (tan necesarios para que la humanización no se quede en un constructo teórico) y en los resultados que medimos. Un liderazgo humanizado constituye un factor clave para el éxito.</em></p>\r\n
\r\n
<p><em>Otro elemento al que hemos puesto especial atención es al cuidado de las infraestructuras como facilitadoras de la humanización. Hemos sido excepcionalmente creativos y valientes en la creación de espacios para las familias, para la celebración en grupos, la participación de los niños, la intimidad, el silencio, la conexión con la naturaleza y el arte.</em></p>\r\n

<p><span style="color:#0099cc"><strong>¿Cuáles son las claves para aplicar una gestión excelente, innovadora y sostenible en el Centro?</strong></span></p>\r\n

<p>Nuestra clave es la sinergia entre los diversos servicios que prestamos, buscando la transversalidad de la misión en todos ellos. Nuestras actividades de formación y cooperación con varios países nos permiten un gran aprendizaje de otros, vivimos con la mirada atenta y la creatividad muy actividad. Tenemos procesos muy flexibles y ágiles y esto nos permite una gran versatilidad, activando colaboraciones con entidades muy variadas y adaptándonos al cambio como algo natural.</p>\r\n

<p><span style="color:#0099cc"><strong>¿Qué supone la posesión del Sello de Excelencia Europea EFQM para la organización?</strong></span></p>\r\n

<p>Más que la posesión, lo que nos aporta es el reto de seguir avanzando en la excelencia, subir cada año un pequeño peldaño en esta escalera del modelo que nos desafía a sacar más y mejor de la gestión que hacemos. Por otro lado, el Sello EFQM de Excelencia constituye una oportunidad de visibilizar y compartir nuestra experiencia y ofrecerla a la sociedad, pues deseamos que otras personas mayores y al final de sus vidas estén cuidadas con el mismo cariño y respeto.</p>\r\n

<p>Con prudencia y entusiasmo. Prudencia porque somos conscientes de que la tecnificación de la vida y de las relaciones y procesos trae consigo el riesgo de las despersonalización. Si bien, creemos también en el potencial de la humanización de la tecnología y el mundo digital está lleno de promesas. Afrontamos este desafío con mucho respecto, sin prisas, calibrando los ritmos que necesitamos para que las personas de la organización y nuestros destinatarios integran el cambio con la positividad que puede traer consigo.</p>\r\n
