<p><strong><em>Pocos días antes de que entrasen en vigor las medidas restrictivas para evitar el contagio del coronavirus, el <a href="http://www.clubexcelencia.org/" target="_blank">Club Excelencia en Gestión</a> participó junto con la <a href="https://www.altran.com/es/es/acerca-de/fundacion-altran-innovacion/" target="_blank">Fundación Altran para la Innovación</a> en la Semana de la Educación, que tuvo lugar en Madrid entre el 4 y el 8 de marzo. Durante esos días congregaron a varios de los socios colaboradores en la iniciativa <a href="https://betalent-steam.com/" target="_blank">Be TalentSTEAM</a> y a los equipos ganadores de la última edición del Concurso de Ideas Socialmente Innovadoras.</em></strong></p>\r\n

<p>Entre los <em>partners</em> que han ofrecido actividades para los visitantes a lo largo de estos días han estado <strong>Siemens, Altran, Cruz Roja Juventud y AENA</strong>, presentes en los espacios Aula Planeta Ciencia y Sala Orientación. Desde allí, todas estas organizaciones han querido ayudar a los jóvenes visitantes que acudieron al stand a encauzar su futuro hacia carreras científicas y tecnológicas, también llamadas STEAM. Y, al mismo tiempo, enfocar sus miradas hacia la responsabilidad social.</p>\r\n

<p>En este sentido, y además de las charlas de orientación laboral y de instalar demostraciones tecnológicas de realidad virtual, Fundación Altran y el Club Excelencia en Gestión aprovecharon el encuentro para presentar los proyectos reconocidos en la última edición del II Concurso de Ideas Socialmente Innovadoras Be TalentSTEAM_SIM2. Una convocatoria anual que tiene como objetivo hacer trabajar en equipo a alumnos de 1º y 2º de la ESO de centros públicos y privados para dar respuestas innovadoras a los retos sociales marcados por los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) de las Naciones Unidas.</p>\r\n

<p>El proyecto ganador de la última edición fue <strong>Lápiz AAPA</strong>, un lápiz inteligente para pacientes de Alzheimer, configurado con datos del día a día del su usuario habitual para ayudarle a ser autónomo el mayor tiempo posible. Ha sido ideado por alumnas del IES El Burgo-Ignacio Echeverría y del Colegio SEK El Castillo, ambos localizados en la Comunidad de Madrid.</p>\r\n

<p>También fue premiado el proyecto <strong>REG</strong>, ideado por otras cuatro alumnas de los mismos centros educativos. Su objetivo es fomentar el reciclaje premiando a aquellos que colaboren en la separación de residuos, registrando su actividad mediante una aplicación móvil conectada a unos contenedores inteligentes. El último galardonado fue <strong>OLA</strong>, del equipo conformado por el Colegio Base y el IES María de Molina. La idea inicial busca aprovechar la energía mareomotriz a través de un sistema de generación y almacenamiento de electricidad en el fondo del mar.</p>\r\n

<p>A lo largo del pasado año, todos los participantes trabajaron de forma colaborativa bajo la coordinación de sus profesores y con el apoyo de 50 mentores de la red de <em>partners</em> colaboradores. En total, se celebraron 28 talleres y workshops para encontrar soluciones innovadoras a retos sociales estratégicos vinculados a los ODS y a la Agenda 2030 de Naciones Unidas.</p>\r\n

<p>También se han organizado con ellos visitas del alumnado a sus oficinas y centros tecnológicos, con el fin de mostrarles su labor y de despertar en los más jóvenes esas vocaciones científicas y tecnológicas, muy necesarias para el desarrollo económico del país.</p>\r\n

<p>Iniciativas como Be TalentSTEAM forman parte de las acciones coordinadas desde el <strong><a href="https://clubexcelencia.org/conocimiento/plataforma-de-conocimiento/documentacion-iv-jornada-de-excelencia-en-educacion-la" target="_blank">Foro Excelencia en Educación del Club Excelencia en Gestión</a></strong>, enfocado hacia la formación preuniversitaria. Un grupo de trabajo que tiene como objetivo fomentar la innovación y la transformación de los centros educativos para mejorar la calidad de sus servicios y encauzar las enseñanzas de los alumnos hacia las necesidades de la sociedad futura.</p>\r\n
