<p>El Colegio Legamar ha recibido el certificado correspondiente al Sello de Excelencia Europea EFQM 300+, reconocimiento que concede el Club Excelencia en Gestión, como representante oficial en España de la Fundación Europea para la Gestión de la Calidad (EFQM), siendo una de las organizaciones que entran a formar parte de las casi 500 entidades españolas que actualmente cuentan con un Sello de Excelencia EFQM.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Tras el proceso de evaluación, realizado por el Club Excelencia en Gestión y Bureau Veritas, el Colegio Legamar ha destacado principalmente en la estructura y funciones de liderazgo que están claramente definidas con una evidente orientación al liderazgo compartido, puesta de manifiesto en la gestión por procesos del Colegio. También en que están definidas claramente Misión y Visión e identificados los valores, reflejados en el ideario del centro que es compartido y difundido a toda la comunidad educativa. Se dispone de un código ético alineado con la Misión y Visión del Colegio. Hay un claro compromiso con aumentar y mejorar sus servicios como demuestra la preocupación por nuevas metodologías, aumento de las actividades ofrecidas y la participación en Foros y Congresos Educativos.</p>\r\n

<p>Además, el Colegio ha emprendido proyectos de sostenibilidad involucrando a toda la comunidad educativa con el objeto de mejorar y comprometerse con su entorno y ha trabajado en establecer políticas de alianzas que favorecen e impactan con la consecución de los objetivos estratégicos.</p>\r\n

<p>En Legamar, las personas son consideradas embajadoras del Colegio y participan en actividades externas en representación del centro y se dan excelentes resultados académicos en comparación con la Comunidad Autónoma de Madrid.</p>\r\n

<p>En ese mismo acto, Mercedes Hernández, Directora de Vida Asociativa del Club Excelencia en Gestión, destacó la trayectoria del Colegio Legamar con el Modelo EFQM. El Colegio adoptó el Modelo en el 2015, aunque anteriormente ya había demostrado su interés por los sistemas de calidad y en junio de 2017 obtienen por primera vez el Sello de Excelencia Europea EFQM 300+, convirtiéndose en una importante iniciativa sobre gestión en Leganés al conseguir este nivel de reconocimiento.</p>\r\n
