<p style="text-align: justify;">El pasado 27 de mayo celebramos el Health & Management Meeting: Experiencias desde la Excelencia, una jornada única que reunió a 200 profesionales de la salud que vivieron en primera persona las experiencias de mejora impulsadas por organizaciones de otros sectores pero perfectamente reaplicables en el ámbito sanitario. Descubre todos los detalles de este encuentro organizado por el IL3-UB, el Instituto de Formación Continua de la Universidad de Barcelona en colaboración con ESADECREAPOLIS, el Foro de Excelencia en Sanidad del CEG y PlayBenefit.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Comenzamos con una comida informal previa a la jornada en la que participaron los ponentes y más de 32 primeros ejecutivos y directivos de organizaciones punteras del ámbito sanitario, organizaciones socias del Club Excelencia en Gestión, organizaciones que colaboran en el Máster GESAPH del Instituto de Formación Continua de la Universidad de Barcelona, y por supuesto, las organizaciones que han hecho posible la celebración de esta jornada. Una comida en la que contamos con la asistencia de Josep Maria Grego Recasens, Director del Máster GESAPH del Instituto de Formación Continua de la Universidad de Barcelona, IL3-UB y con Jordi Baiget i Cantons, Secretario de Gobierno de la Generalitat de Cataluña.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">El acto de apertura corrió a cargo de Jordi Baiget i Cantons, Secretario de Gobierno de la Generalitat de Catalunya, Neli Caldentey Marí, Directora general del Instituto de Formación Continua de la Universidad de Barcelona, IL3-UB, Edgar Jordà Font, Director General de ESADECREAPOLIS e Ignacio Babé Romero, Secretario General del Club Excelencia en Gestión (CEG).</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">A través de sesiones participativas,\u{A0} la jornada hizo un recorrido por cinco de las herramientas claves para concretar una gestión de excelencia. Hospital Plató ahondó en cómo orientar la actitud y aptitud de las personas hacia los objetivos de la organización (Gestión por competencias); Banc Sabadell detalló las buenas prácticas para alinear las actividades de la organización en torno a metas comunes (Gestión por procesos); la Diputación de Tarragona explicó cómo asegurar el desarrollo y resultado de un proyecto integrando planificación, captación, dinamización, organización y administración (Gestión por proyectos); Sin Palabras analizó cómo el conocimiento del cliente se convierte en ventaja competitiva diferencial de las organizaciones (Perfiles de empatía), y CaixaBank contribuyó con su experiencia en el manejo de los cambios en el comportamiento de los clientes (Mapa de experiencia del cliente). Una jornada gamificada en la que el juego fue uno de los elementos clave para explicar de una forma amena y divertida cada una de las ponencias. Incluso al final, como novedad, la encuesta se realizó en forma de juego, encestando en una papelera de un color u otro, dependiendo de si habían encontrado alguna idea para aplicar a su organización.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Sin duda, Health & Management Meeting, ha sido un encuentro único, convirtiéndose en el primer evento en España en reunir a cuatro organizaciones poseedoras del Sello de Excelencia Europea EFQM 500+ –Hospital Plató, Banc Sabadell, Diputación de Tarragona y CaixaBank–, el máximo reconocimiento de excelencia en gestión entregado por el Club Excelencia en Gestión.</p>\n
