<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>España cuenta con más de 500 organizaciones excelentes, un número muy superior al que registran países como Alemania o Inglaterra,\u{A0} según destaca un análisis que hemos realizado recientemente. Madrid, Asturias y Andalucía son las comunidades autónomas con mayor número de empresas reconocidas por su Excelencia. Educación, Pymes y sector servicios a la cabeza en Excelencia en España.</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Un total de 60 organizaciones mantienen en vigor el máximo reconocimiento de Excelencia Europea EFQM (500+) homologado con el sistema de reconocimiento de la EFQM (Fundación Europea para la Gestión de Calidad). Y más de 500 organizaciones cuentan con algún reconocimiento de excelencia a su gestión. España es un país con empresas que apuestan por la Excelencia como el mejor camino para crecer y diferenciarse de empresas competidoras.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Para nuestro presidente, Juan Antonio Zufiria, “Nuestro país encabeza el ranking europeo y, lo que es más importante, un gran número de Pymes se han apuntado a esta forma de apuntalar su gestión”.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Madrid, Asturias y Andalucía son las comunidades autónomas con mayor número de empresas reconocidas por su Excelencia. Madrid cuenta con más de 150 empresas Excelentes por delante de Andalucía con 63 y Asturias con 54 compañías.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Educación, Pymes y sector servicios a la cabeza en Excelencia en España</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Casi 100 centros educativos cuentan en España con algún reconocimiento Europeo a la Excelencia. El sector de la educación se sitúa como uno de los grandes ámbitos que buscan la mejora continua. Por detrás, las pequeñas y medianas empresas (Pymes). Como constatamos en el Club, al contrario de lo que se suele pensar popularmente, los Sellos de Excelencia no solo son para las grandes corporaciones. Las pequeñas y medianas empresas son cada vez más conscientes de que una gestión excelente no solo mejora los resultados de la empresa sino que ayuda al crecimiento y la expansión internacional del negocio.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Más del 70% de las organizaciones con Sello EFQM vigente en España, corresponde a Pymes de menos de 250 empleados. Estas empresas han logrado no solo conseguir una mejora en su gestión sino que también han podido revisar sus estrategias y ser reconocidas externamente por su buena forma de gestionarse. Las asociaciones y fundaciones, el sector sanitario público y privado, y otras actividades como banca, transporte y seguros son los sectores que más apuestan por la excelencia en sus organizaciones.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>España cuenta con cuatro Embajadores de la Excelencia Europea 2015</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Como ya te comentamos en anteriores ediciones, el Club en colaboración con el Alto Comisionado para la Marca España han puesto en marcha un programa con el que impulsar la internacionalización y reconocer, tanto nacional, como internacionalmente a las organizaciones españolas que son ejemplo de buenas prácticas en gestión.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">En esta primera edición del programa, presentada el pasado mes de junio, el Ayuntamiento de Alcobendas, la Compañía Logística de Hidrocarburos (CLH), la Gerencia Integrada de Asistencia Sanitaria de Soria y el Hospital Universitario Moncloa, organizaciones con máximo reconocimiento a la Excelencia en Gestión en España, se convirtieron en “Embajadores de la Excelencia Europea 2015”.\u{A0} Estos “Embajadores” participarán durante un año en diferentes actos y eventos tanto nacionales como\u{A0} internacionales aportando sus experiencias como ejemplo de excelencia en gestión, y representando y potenciando la Marca España a nivel internacional.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Como comenta nuestro secretario general, Ignacio Babé: “Tenemos que premiar y reconocer más la labor y el trabajo de las empresas españolas que son “ejemplo” de buenas prácticas, este es uno de los objetivos del Programa Embajadores. Afortunadamente contamos en España con un gran número de empresas que están haciendo las cosas bien y que están dispuestas a compartir sus buenas prácticas y lecciones aprendidas de sus procesos de cambio, transformación y sus casos de éxito. Hay que utilizar la excelencia en gestión para apoyar y promover la imagen de España en el exterior”.</p>\n
