<p style="text-align: justify;">Con motivo del lanzamiento de nuestra nueva Plataforma de Formación On line, hemos querido entrevistar a Avanzo, el partner que lo ha hecho posible, una compañía con más de quince años de experiencia en la aplicación de soluciones tecnológicas a la formación y el desarrollo de personas dentro de las organizaciones. De la mano de Guillermo Gredilla, Director General de Avanzo, descubre más detalles sobre esta nueva Plataforma de Formación Online y conoce las novedades de nuestro curso estrella de formación on-line: Formación Básica de Evaluador EFQM.</p>\n

<li style="text-align: justify;"><strong>El Club Excelencia en Gestión (CEG) ha lanzado una nueva Plataforma de Formación online. Como partners de la Plataforma, ¿Cómo surgió esta iniciativa? ¿Qué aspectos destacaríais de la misma?</strong><br />Esta iniciativa surge como consecuencia de las conversaciones mantenidas entre el Club Excelencia en Gestión y Avanzo. El CEG dispone de un conocimiento extenso y reconocido en su ámbito de aplicación, la excelencia en la gestión, y Avanzo es una empresa que dispone de tecnología específica para la formación.<br />La colaboración entre ambas empresas aporta una iniciativa de calidad en el ámbito de la formación e información en materias de Excelencia en Gestión, proporcionando a los clientes del CEG un novedoso entorno, en el que de forma muy sencilla y atractiva, tendrán acceso a una completa colección de recursos de conocimiento.</li>\n
<li style="text-align: justify;"><strong>La Innovación y la\u{A0}Excelencia son conceptos fundamentales en cualquier proyecto nuevo del CEG. ¿Cuáles son las novedades y de qué manera esta nueva Plataforma es una apuesta por una formación innovadora y de calidad?</strong><br />Conecto, la nueva plataforma del Club es mucho más que una aplicación informática o una web, donde se colocan contenidos para que los usuarios accedan a ellos. Conecto es un entorno social de aprendizaje pensado por y para las personas. Los usuarios de este novedoso entorno son en realidad el centro del mismo donde con suma facilidad, desde su Smartphone, Tablet u ordenador, recibirán todo tipo de recursos orientados a su formación y mejora.<br />No solo accederán a cursos, también a foros, chats, documentos, videos… pero la interacción del usuario, en Conecto, es total, pudiendo valorar, votar, seguir… Los usuarios de CEG tendrán, desde ahora, una red social, similar a Facebook o linkedin, pero especializada en excelencia y gestión. Todo ello accesible desde cualquier dispositivo móvil, el alumno podrá acceder a contendidos desde su Smartphone, en cualquier momento, en situaciones de espera como aeropuertos, viajes… para ello hemos realizado un importante trabajo de adaptación y adecuación de los contenidos y los recursos disponibles.</li>\n
<li style="text-align: justify;"><strong>El Club ha depositado en Avanzo la confianza para mejorar y actualizar su curso estrella de formación on-line: Formación Básica de Evaluador EFQM. ¿Qué cambios habéis introducido?</strong><br />Principalmente se apuesta por la interacción, mejora de diseño y mejora en el acceso de los contenidos, de forma que sean más sencillos de usar. Además apostamos por la incorporación de recursos adicionales complementarios que permitan actualizar continuamente el contenido y adaptarlo a cada grupo específico de alumnos. Otro punto importante es la accesibilidad de modo que pueda ser visto en cualquier dispositivo móvil. Hoy en día, gran parte de la formación, se concibe como un conjunto de píldoras formativas instantáneas, que un usuario debe poder realizar de forma sencilla e inmediata. El curso, en la red social Conecto, va a permitir al alumno recibir formación tanto de manera formal como informal,\u{A0} en un entorno colaborativo y social.</li>\n
<li style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Tras su reciente lanzamiento, y como partners de esta Plataforma ¿Qué retos os marcáis en este proyecto que es ya una realidad?</strong><br />El mayor reto es aumentar la participación de los alumnos en los cursos, hacerles ver las posibilidades de trabajar en un entorno social, colaborativo y accesible a través de dispositivos móviles. Es un gran reto, hablamos de cambiar hábitos en un entorno tradicionalmente muy conservador, la formación. En este sentido nuestra próxima apuesta es introducir procesos de gamificación en los cursos, de forma que podamos trasladar a los alumnos los beneficios de participar en un juego en el que la recompensa es el aprendizaje y la mejora. Nuestra experiencia en procesos de gamificación para empresas es muy extensa, y los resultados totalmente sorprendentes. Sin duda esta es la próxima realidad que queremos poner en marcha, el reto es importante, el éxito seguro.</li>\n
