<p style="text-align: justify;">Con motivo de la reciente incorporación de La Salle International Graduate School como socio del Club, hemos querido entrevistar a Jesús Alcoba González, Director de la International Graduate School of Business, quien nos cuenta qué aspectos son imprescindibles para crecer en competitividad, y nos descubre un poco más su organización y qué esperan aportar al Club y al resto de socios.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Con el fin de impulsar la Excelencia en la Experiencia de Cliente, el Club ha firmado recientemente un acuerdo con La Salle. Como parte del acuerdo, los socios del CEG podrán beneficiarse de un descuento del 15% en el novedoso Master en Customer Experience. Esta disciplina se ha convertido en una prioridad estratégica en las compañías y cada vez es más evidente la necesidad de profesionales con habilidades transversales que dirijan y ayuden a la empresa en este proceso.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>1. Para La Salle International Graduate School la formación es un aspecto fundamental para crecer en competitividad, ¿qué otros factores consideráis clave?</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Efectivamente la formación es un aspecto absolutamente fundamental en la empresa, porque cualquier actividad que se lleve a cabo depende de que los profesionales estén adecuadamente formados. A lo largo de toda la pirámide organizativa y de la cadena de valor, la formación es un factor crítico.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Un elemento que nosotros consideramos esencial es reflexionar sobre cuál será el siguiente elemento de visión estratégica que acompañará a las organizaciones en los años venideros. Hemos asistido en las últimas décadas a nuevas incorporaciones, como en su día fueron la gestión de los recursos humanos, el marketing o la cultura de la calidad. Llevamos ya unos años viviendo bajo el concepto de la innovación, pero en La Salle pensamos que es momento de plantearse nuevas intuiciones e itinerarios. Desde este punto de vista creemos que la gestión de la experiencia de cliente va a ser una de las próximas tendencias clave.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>2. Actualmente formáis parte del Club, incluso habéis firmado recientemente un acuerdo de colaboración ¿qué esperáis aportar al resto de socios?</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Nuestra idea es formar parte de la red y aportar lo que mejor sabemos hacer, que es nuestra amplia experiencia en formación ejecutiva, como escuela de negocios perteneciente a una de las redes educativas más grandes del mundo.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">A corto plazo nuestra primera aportación es precisamente la derivada del acuerdo de colaboración que hemos firmado, cuyo objeto es el <a href="http://www.lasalleigsmadrid.es/Programa-MASTER_EN_CUSTOMER_EXPERIENCE" target="_blank" rel="alternate">Master en Customer Experience</a>, nacido recientemente de nuestra línea de innovación, y que es el primer Máster en nuestro país en esa disciplina.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Estaríamos encantados también de llegar a acuerdos con otros socios para poner en marcha proyectos en colaboración. Estamos muy interesados en el ámbito de la innovación, la internacionalidad y el desarrollo profesional. Por otro lado, posiblemente somos la única escuela de negocios que investiga sobre metodología docente aplicada a la formación empresarial, y sería extraordinario poder encontrar sinergias en ese sentido.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Esa línea de investigación nos ha llevado a una concepción diferente del aprendizaje. Creemos que la formación de hoy día se sigue basando más en lo que el formador ha descubierto que en lo que deben descubrir los alumnos. Nosotros pensamos que un curso no se da, ni se transmite, ni creemos que la habilidad más destacada de un formador sea la comunicación. Nuestros programas están basados en una concepción más vanguardista del acto formativo, y fruto de ella, por ejemplo, es la nueva asignatura Business Prototyping de nuestro MBA, basada en un concepto de diseño de negocios actual que implica procesos de prototipado, testeo e iteración en el mercado real.</p>\n
