<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>1. Recientemente el Grupo Alsa ha entrado a formar parte del Club.\u{A0}Como nuevo socio, ¿qué esperáis de una asociación como la nuestra?</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">\u{200B}Esperamos básicamente encontrarnos con otras compañías que han seguido este camino de la Excelencia y nos puedan aportar ideas, buenas prácticas, ejemplos a seguir, que nos sean de utilidad en nuestro propio camino. Es decir, aprender intercambiando experiencias.\u{200B}</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">\u{200B}También esperamos acceder a información actualizada de tendencias en el mundo de la excelencia empresarial, en un entorno que evoluciona y cambia tan rápidamente como está sucediendo en la actualidad.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Por último,\u{A0}\u{A0}y formando parte\u{A0}de una red de colaboración entre organizaciones excelentes, buscamos\u{A0}la posibilidad de encontrar socios, aliados o colaboradores en este proceso de mejora estratégica que nos hemos impuesto, que nos ayuden a cumplir nuestros objetivos estratégicos y nuestros compromisos con los Grupos de Interés.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Vemos muy interesante participar en esta comunidad de\u{A0}\u{A0}prestigio\u{A0}por el efecto enriquecedor \u{A0}que tiene para todos sus componentes.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>2. Actualmente Grupo Alsa es el operador líder en el sector español de transporte de viajeros por carretera con más de cien años de experiencia. ¿Cuál es el secreto de vuestro éxito?</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">\u{200B}La clave de nuestro éxito ha sido el mantenernos siempre muy "pegados" al negocio, haciendo cosas sencillas, de mucho sentido común, pero ejecutándolas con empuje y decisión. Cada salto hacia adelante se hizo siempre sin poner en riesgo lo ya conseguido. Y aplicando posteriormente los criterios de gestión y austeridad que nos ha caracterizado para mantener nuestro negocio lo más sano posible.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Otra clave ha sido el haber contado con un\u{A0}equipo\u{A0}\u{A0}humano capacitado y muy entregado al negocio,\u{A0}\u{A0}que ha vivido muy de cerca sus necesidades y no ha escatimado esfuerzos para conseguir los objetivos, no sin el correspondiente sacrificio personal. Este aspecto de la entrega de nuestras\u{A0}personas\u{A0}nos ha permitido mantener firmes las riendas en momentos difíciles.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Ahora estamos ante un nuevo entorno,\u{A0}\u{A0}en el que\u{A0}hay que tener en cuenta otras claves, como gestionar adecuadamente el talento en momentos de cambios profundos, y en eso estamos\u{A0}ya\u{A0}trabajando.\u{200B}</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>3. El cliente es una pieza clave en vuestro día a día, de ahí vuestro claim: "Hacemos tu viaje más fácil" ¿Qué aspectos os parecen fundamentales para satisfacer las necesidades del cliente y dar un servicio excelente?</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Principalmente conocer bien sus\u{A0}requisitos,\u{A0}necesidades y expectativas. Para ello es necesario preguntarles y\u{A0}trabajar con ellos conjuntamente. Esto llevamos años haciéndolo, incluso\u{A0}\u{A0}dedicamos\u{A0}una semana al año a los clientes,\u{A0}\u{A0}la\u{A0}\u{A0}"Semana del cliente",\u{A0}en la\u{A0}que\u{A0}\u{A0}organizamos\u{A0}\u{A0}actividades de aproximación a nuestros clientes que afectan a la mayor parte de la plantilla.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Captación de feed back, encuestas, focus groups con clientes, etc, son actividades usuales en nuestro trabajo\u{A0}de relación con nuestro principal grupo de interés.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">También es fundamental\u{A0}trabajar todo el proceso pensando en el resultado que queremos obtener\u{A0}\u{A0}con\u{A0}el cliente, desde el diseño del producto/servicio, su ejecución\u{A0}eficaz\u{A0}y\u{A0}durante todo\u{A0}el proceso\u{A0}de mejora de la relación.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">En esto estamos\u{A0}\u{A0}totalmente\u{A0}convencidos de que el camino emprendido hacia la Excelencia nos\u{A0}está ayudando ya\u{A0}mucho.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Llevamos ya tiempo\u{A0}trabajando\u{A0}\u{A0}en la mejora de\u{A0}su\u{A0}experiencia\u{A0}tras el uso de nuestros servicios. Y aquí hay un gran campo por desarrollar, especialmente con las nuevas tecnologías.</p>\n
