<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>El Hospital San Rafael de Madrid</strong> ha recibido el <strong>Sello de Excelencia Europea EFQM 500+</strong>, tras haber superado con éxito el proceso de evaluación externa por parte de la entidad certificadora <strong>Bureau Veritas</strong>. En el acto de entrega, en el que participó el consejero de Sanidad de la Comunidad de Madrid, Jesús Sánchez Martos, se presentó el libro “Humaniza con Tiza”, un libro lleno de fuerza, optimismo e ilusión, fruto de un proyecto de humanización desarrollado en este hospital, a lo largo de más de dos años.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Para lograr este reconocimiento, el Hospital San Rafael ha contado con una Dirección comprometida e implicada con la mejora de enfoques de acuerdo con los criterios del Modelo EFQM (gestión, liderazgo, personas, estrategia, recursos y procesos), así como con unos profesionales que diariamente desarrollan su labor en este centro, colaborando en la organización del trabajo y en la gestión de los recursos, buscando el\u{A0} crecimiento profesional y la satisfacción del cliente, así como un impacto positivo en la sociedad.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Como <strong>fortalezas a destacar del informe de evaluación</strong> se encuentran, entre otras, los excelentes resultados de satisfacción de pacientes; el desarrollo de diferentes proyectos para mejorar la experiencia del cliente (humanización, obra social,…); resultados sostenidos de satisfacción del personal,\u{A0} o\u{A0} la implementación de nuevos servicios gestionados por proyectos y tecnología de última generación (modelo obstétrico diferenciador e integral, robot Da Vinci,…).</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">El consejero de Sanidad de la Comunidad de Madrid, <strong>Jesús Sánchez Martos</strong> presidió el acto de entrega, así como la presentación del libro <strong>“Humaniza con Tiza”</strong> (editado por el Hospital San Rafael, en colaboración con la Fundación ONCE), resaltando que <em>“la lectura de este libro le ha recordado experiencias clínicas. Porque este es un libro de vivencias, de testimonios de vida en primera persona. Un libro lleno de emotividad, sensibilidad, frescura y creatividad. Yo he venido hoy a aprender, como siempre, día a día, hoy y mañana, gracias por dejarme aprender”.</em></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">En relación con la entrega del Sello de Excelencia Europea 500+ al Hospital San Rafael, señaló que este reconocimiento <em>“es una muestra de la calidad de la entidad en donde estamos, de la apuesta por dicha calidad realizada por el Hospital San Rafael y la Orden Hospitalaria de San Juan de Dios”.\u{A0} Asimismo, reivindicó “que la calidez y la humanización sean un indicador imprescindible a la hora de medir la calidad, pero no un indicador más, sino un indicador imprescindible, excluyente”.</em></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">También <strong>Jesús Morillo-Velarde</strong>, director gerente del Hospital San Rafael, quiso hacer hincapié en que <em>“este libro es fruto de un proceso enormemente enriquecedor, que día a día nos hace ver que en nuestra misión de humanización tenemos muchas cosas que aprender de la experiencia de los niños/as, sobre todo, a ver las cosas de forma diferente, desde otro prisma y con otros ojos, con la mirada del corazón”.</em></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Del mismo modo,\u{A0} puso de manifiesto que <em>“este reconocimiento es fruto del esfuerzo de todas las personas que trabajan o colaboran con esta Institución”</em>, reiterando su agradecimiento a todas ellas y <em>“afrontando el reto de mejorar cada año para lograr una puntuación superior en sucesivos procesos evaluadores”.</em></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Junto al Consejero, intervinieron también, el director de Relaciones Institucionales de Bureau Veritas Certificación, <strong>Enrique Quejido</strong> y nuestro secretario general, <strong>Ignacio Babé</strong>.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Para Enrique Quejido, <em>“el Hospital San Rafael no tiene nada que demostrar: técnicamente es impecable, pero además ha elegido un sistema de gestión como las mejores organizaciones del mundo, el modelo EFQM”.</em></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">En este sentido, animó a seguir el camino emprendido por este Centro, a continuar con el compromiso adquirido por el Hospital San Rafael con todo un país: <em>“hay que seguir andando, hay que hacer bien las cosas hoy y mañana se harán un poco mejor”.</em></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Por su parte, Ignacio Babé, manifestó que <em>“es un orgullo estar aquí, compartir este reconocimiento y ponerlo en valor, dando visibilidad a las personas que lo han hecho factible, y haciendo posible que los diferentes grupos de interés sepan que esta es una organización confiable, que ofrece un trato de calidad y calidez”.</em></p>\n
