<p style="text-align: justify;">ICEMD, el Instituto de la Economía Digital de ESIC, ha presentado el\u{A0}<strong>Estudio sobre competencias digitales en la empresa española</strong> cuyo objetivo se centra en realizar un diagnóstico sobre la situación actual de las organizaciones\u{A0}españolas en su relación con las competencias digitales.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Para ello, se siguió un proceso de investigación donde en una primera fase, se\u{A0}realizaron 10 entrevistas en profundidad a directivos, para acotar las principales competencias digitales a analizar en el estudio. Tras esto, hubo una fase enfocada a mejorar y validar el cuestionario, en la que se contó con la colaboración de 45 expertos relacionados con la economía digital. Y la última etapa se realizaron 442 entreviastas a empresas de ámbito nacional relacionados con 5 sectores: turismo, servicios, industria, retail y transporte.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Tras esta investigación previa,\u{A0}se concluyó que\u{A0}<strong>hábitos digitales</strong>\u{A0}de las empresas españolas eran los siguientes:</p>\n

<li style="text-align: justify;">Excepto la herramienta más básica como el correo electrónico, hay aún poca penetración del uso de herramientas digitales en la empresa</li>\n
<li style="text-align: justify;">Las empresas no están aprovechando el potencial de las nuevas herramientas de gestión para ser más productivos y eficientes.</li>\n

<li style="text-align: justify;">La web corporativa y las redes sociales son los medios más integrados en las empresas.</li>\n
<li style="text-align: justify;">Los medios digitales que necesitan mayor desarrollo y más implicación estratégica como las apps móvil, tienda online o blogs, son aún soportes a explotar (por desconocimiento de la importancia estratégica y del cómo implementarlo con éxito)</li>\n

<p style="text-align: justify;">Existe por tanto, una <strong>necesidad</strong> latente de <strong>formación en competencias digitales</strong>, que se manifiesta más en\u{A0}los responsables de comunicación, innovación y recursos humanos.\u{A0}</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Os dejamos a continuación unas <strong>conclusiones</strong> claves a las que se ha llegado tras el estudio: \u{A0}</p>\n
<ul>\n
<li style="text-align: justify;">Las empresas no están aprovechando el potencial de las nuevas herramientas de gestión para ser más productivos y eficientes. De hecho, los medios digitales que necesitan mayor desarrollo y más implicación estratégica, como las aplicaciones móviles, tineda online o blogs son aún soportes a explotar.</li>\n
<li style="text-align: justify;">Aunque más de la mitad de las empresas tienen implementadas las principales funciones digitales,\u{A0}sólo una cuarta parte de estas empresas cuenta con un puesto específico que desarrolle estas funciones.</li>\n
<li style="text-align: justify;">El porcentaje de empresas que cuentan con un puestos específicos para funciones digitales es aún muy bajo en general.\u{A0}</li>\n
<li style="text-align: justify;">En el 72% de las empresas los directivos declaran que en su empresa no se recibe formación de forma periódica ni se sienten completamente al día.</li>\n
<li style="text-align: justify;">El 78% de las empresas tienen previsto invertir en formación en materia digital en los próximos 2 años.</li>\n
<li style="text-align: justify;">El individuo se considera con mayor nivel de capacitación digital que el que otorga a su empresa frente a su sector o el global del mercado.\u{A0}Esta regla solo se rompe para el sector servicios, donde se estima que la empresa tiene un nivel digital mayor que el que el individuo se concede a si mismo.</li>\n
<li style="text-align: justify;">Existe un salto entre lo que los directivos esperan del contexto digital, donde el marketing estratégico es lo más relevante y la realidad aún muy anclada en los aspectos relativos a la gestión.</li>\n
<li style="text-align: justify;">La implementación digital en la gestión diaria está muy en línea con la importancia que se le otorga desde las empresas.</li>\n
<li style="text-align: justify;">El Marketing digital es fundamental para captar y fidelizar clientes mediante una estrategia digital. De hecho, es el objetivo más relevante para las empresas, sin embargo, es también aquel en el que en su distancia con el nivel de cumplimiento es mayor.</li>\n
<li style="text-align: justify;">Solo un 19% de las empresas en los principales sectores de economía tienen un Índice de Competencia Digital alto.</li>\n
<li style="text-align: justify;">El sector Servicios aglutina un mayor ICD que el resto de los sectores, mientras que el sector Servicios aglutina un mayor ICD que el resto de los sectores.</li>\n
