A lo largo de la entrevista, conoceremos más sobre el procedimiento de certificación, sus ventajas y este camino hacia la excelencia que han comenzado de la mano del Club.</p>\n

<li><strong style="font-size: 12.16px; line-height: 1.3em;">Todas las organizaciones tiene entre sus objetivos básicos la mejora, la competitividad, el incremento de beneficios y la reducción de riesgos. ¿Cómo facilita Cámara Certifica llevar a cabo estos factores?</strong></li>\n

<p style="text-align: justify;">Cuando una organización decide implantar y certificar un sistema de gestión, es señal inequívoca de que tiene el propósito de permanecer y crecer en el mercado, y para ello es primordial mantener la competitividad, cuidar la fuente de trabajo y mejorar la calidad de su servicio, factores que facilitan la satisfacción de los clientes tanto internos como externos de la organización. No debemos olvidar el concepto del contexto de la organización, el cual tiene en cuenta el entorno empresarial en el que se desarrolla la actividad de la organización.</p>\n

<li><strong> ¿Qué ventajas tiene embarcarse en un proceso de certificación para la obtención final del Sello? </strong></li>\n
</ol>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Que una organización se empeñe en la obtención del Sello, significa que está trabajando para mejorar su sistema de gestión, circunstancia que con la certificación podrá demostrar a todas las partes interesadas. Con la certificación por tercera parte conseguirá alcanzar el objetivo anterior así como reducir los recursos necesarios para realizar una adecuada evaluación del sistema.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">El Modelo EFQM de Excelencia es un marco de trabajo que las organizaciones pueden utilizar para ayudarse a desarrollar su visión y las metas para el futuro de una manera tangible. Es un instrumento que pueden utilizar para identificar y entender la naturaleza de su negocio. Es una herramienta que permite establecer un mismo lenguaje y modo de pensar y de diagnóstico para determinar la salud actual de la organización, detectando puntos de mejora e implantando acciones que le ayuden a mejorar.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Con la obtención del Sello de Excelencia EFQM, este reconocimiento permite a las organizaciones incrementar su prestigio y la confianza de todas las partes interesadas, mejorar el diseño de planes de mejora en diversas áreas de gestión y en sus resultados, la satisfacción de los clientes y obtener un reconocimiento externo válido y reconocido en la Unión Europea. Una de las ventajas del Sistema Español de Reconocimiento a la Excelencia es la convalidación automática con el Reconocimiento Europeo de la EFQM, lo que supone que la obtención del Sello impulse la internalización de las organizaciones españolas en una economía con presencia mundial.</p>\n

<li><strong> La entidad implementa la certificación en sistemas de Calidad, </strong><a href="http://www.camaramadrid.es/index.php?elem=233&sec=373&idsec=373"><strong>Medioambiental</strong></a><strong> y en proyectos de </strong><a href="http://www.camaramadrid.es/index.php?elem=682&sec=373&idsec=373"><strong>I+D+i</strong></a><strong>, ¿tenéis pensado ampliar los sectores de acreditación?</strong></li>\n

<p style="text-align: justify;">Cámara Certifica viene actuando desde al año 1998, inicialmente centró su actividad en la certificación de calidad concretamente en la certificación ISO 9001, ampliando posteriormente sus actividades al ámbito ambiental, de producto (I+D+i), seguridad y salud y energía. Nuestra certificación comprende sectores tan diversos como educación, transporte, ingeniería, industria eléctrica, electrónica y mecánica, servicios diversos, etc., estando acreditados en la mayoría de los sectores de actividad de los 39 existentes, al disponer para ello de un equipo auditor cualificado de acuerdo con los criterios establecidos.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">\u{A0}</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">No debemos dejar de señalar que Cámara Certifica, desarrolla también sus propios esquemas de certificación demandados por el tejido empresarial a través de las Cámaras Españolas de Comercio, Industria y Servicios. Esto, sumado a la proliferación de nuevos esquemas de certificación con buenas expectativas de crecimiento, nos va a llevar muy próximamente a ampliar nuestra acreditación a nuevas áreas tales como la evaluación de personas y la seguridad de la información.</p>\n

<p style="text-align: justify;">Cámara Certifica ha apostado decididamente por la promoción y certificación de modelos de gestión basados en la dirección estratégica, el impacto en el entorno y la mejora continua, aspectos contemplados en el Modelo EFQM de Excelencia.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Nos unimos a una muy prestigiosa asociación empresarial sin ánimo de lucro, fundada en España en 1991, por parte de veintiún primeros ejecutivos de las más importantes empresas españolas, con acceso a nuevos desarrollos de marcos de referencia en gestión, herramientas y documentos de trabajo, reforzando la calidad en todos los aspectos de sus actividades, así como estimulando y asistiendo el desarrollo de la mejora de la Calidad, objetivo perseguido por las entidades de certificación.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Dada nuestra naturaleza, con la incorporación como entidad evaluadora, Cámara Certifica se suma a las seis entidades de certificación que operan en nuestro país, dentro del Reconocimiento a la Excelencia otorgado por la EFQM y el Club Excelencia, reforzando así nuestra competitividad al poder ofrecer más y mejores servicios a las diferentes organizaciones.
