<p style="text-align: justify;">La Fundació Sanitària Mollet recibió, el pasado 30 de noviembre el Sello de Excelencia Europea EFQM 400+, reconocimiento que otorgamos desde el CEG, como únicos representantes oficiales en España de la Fundación Europea para la gestión de la Calidad (EFQM), tras superar con éxito una evaluación externa de AENOR y el CEG que reconoce la buena gestión de las organizaciones que promueven los valores de Excelencia.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">El secretario general del Club Excelencia en Gestión, Ignacio Babé, fue el\u{A0}encargado de entregar la certificación a Martí Fabré, en un acto en al que también asistieron Josep Monràs, alcalde de Mollet; Eva Subirà, directora de AENOR en Cataluña, y el director general de la Fundación Sanitaria Mollet, el Dr. Jaume Duran.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Compromiso con la excelencia</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">La Fundació Sanitària Mollet centra su proyecto presente y futuro en el Plan Estratégico de la institución. Desde el año 2009 este modelo de planificación es el proceso estratégico más relevante de la Fundación, y se ha ido desarrollando en línea a los criterios y principios del Modelo EFQM.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">La orientación a procesos de la Fundación ha permitido certificar la gestión en seguridad y salud en el trabajo (OHSAS 18001); la gestión ambiental (ISO 14001); la gestión energética (ISO 50001); la gestión de la calidad (ISO 9001) del servicio de laboratorio del hospital y de las 3 residencias que gestiona; y gestión de la responsabilidad social (IQNet SR10).</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Para el presidente de la FSM, Martí Fabré, "este reconocimiento no habría sido posible sin el compromiso continuo de los profesionales". Fabré ha destacado también la complicidad con el entorno local, el diálogo positivo entre administraciones y el rigor con los recursos que ha hecho posible la sostenibilidad. El presidente del Patronato también ha querido señalar que el modelo EFQM ha contribuido a una manera de hacer y de gestionar más coherente.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Por su parte, el director general de la FSM, el Dr. Jaume Duran, destacó "el compromiso firme de la Fundación y de todas las personas que trabajan con el modelo EFQM como una manera de hacer diferente, como una herramienta referente, y en la que sin unos buenos agentes es muy difícil tener resultados”.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Según el secretario general del Club Excelencia en Gestión, Ignacio Babé, "la Fundació Sanitària Mollet destaca por su gestión de acuerdo con los planes estratégicos que han ido marcando las prioridades desde 2009, con una prioridad para la sostenibilidad en recursos y por los valores de las personas que prestan servicios desde todos los ámbitos de la organización. Confiamos en que un socio que tanto ha mejorado en los últimos años será capaz de seguir haciéndolo y nos ayudará a seguir prestigiando los sellos de excelencia".</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">La directora de AENOR en Cataluña, Eva Subirà, destacó entre los aspectos clave de la evaluación de AENOR, que la Fundació Sanitària Mollet "cuenta con una visión holística basada en los conceptos Territorio, Integralidad y Continuidad en el servicio, a partir de la cual desarrolla y presta servicios a las ciudadanía".\u{A0} Además, subrayó que cuenta como tarjeta de presentación con una serie de valores humanistas: "educados, honestos, innovadores, profesionales, cercanos y responsables", así como "la transparencia de su información a los diferentes grupos de interés por ejemplo, con el Consejo de Participación, incidiendo en la sostenibilidad de los resultados obtenidos". Ha querido subrayar también “la trayectoria y el compromiso de la Fundación con las políticas sistemáticas de la calidad y la mejora continua a través de las diferentes certificaciones de AENOR".</p>\n
