<p style="text-align: justify;">Madrid recibe los días 26 y 27 de octubre a los mejores directivos y empresarios europeos en el Foro EFQM 2017, un evento que se presenta como el mejor encuentro para conocer e intercambiar conocimiento de las mejores prácticas de gestión y que tendrá lugar en la ampliación del Museo Reina Sofía. Madrid es así el anfitrión de este acontecimiento que se celebra cada año en una ciudad europea y que en esta edición contará con sorpresas y la participación de los asistentes en algunas actividades. El lema que se ha elegido este año es el de la Agilidad: “La Excelencia, a través de la Agilidad.”</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Los socios del Club Excelencia en Gestión tendrán condiciones muy favorables en la inscripción de un evento que incluirá sesiones durante el día 26, una cena de gala donde se entregarán los Premios EFQM 2017 (EFQM Excellence Awards) y una segunda jornada con diferentes intervenciones.</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">El programa ya está prácticamente completo e incluye la inauguración por Andreas Wendt, Presidente del Consejo directivo de EFQM, y Alberto Durán Presidente de Club Excelencia en Gestión.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Leon Toussaint</strong>, CEO de EFQM abordará la cuestión de qué significa la Agilidad en la práctica con el Modelo EFQM, y cómo se aborda por parte de las organizaciones para saber responder eficaz y rápidamente a los retos y oportunidades que se les plantean.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">También se analizará el entorno VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) en el que se gestiona en la actualidad y cómo deberán hacerlo las organizaciones.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Stefan Jenzowsky</strong>, conferenciante especializado en innovación y disrupción en la gestión, pronunciará una ponencia basada en la idea de que la disrupción es probablemente la palabra clave en la gestión. Jenzowsky, experto en innovación de modelos de negocio y disrupción digital, explicará en qué consiste y cómo sólo aquellos que constantemente cuestionan su propio modelo de negocio también tendrán éxito en el futuro y estarán un paso por delante de sus competidores.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Con representantes del aeropuerto de Lyon-Saint-Exupéry y el de Madrid Barajas</strong> se vivirán situaciones simuladas de desafíos, gestión de tramos, flujos de información, gestión de pasajeros, paralelismos con la gestión de las organizaciones que también deben integrar agilidad en sus operaciones diarias y ejercicios estratégicos.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">El Ayuntamiento de Alcobendas será anfitrión de la <strong>cena de gala en el espacio La Esfera</strong> de esta localidad como cierre de esta primera jornada, cena en la que se podrá también admirar un espectáculo ofrecido por el Ballet Víctor Ullate, primera compañía de baile española de nivel internacional.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">La segunda y última jornada contará con la intervención de <strong>Begoña Cristeto</strong>, secretaria general de Industria, sobre Industria 4.0; <strong>Juan Antonio Zufiría</strong>, Director general de IBM Europa, y Presidente de honor del Club Excelencia en Gestión y líder del Think Tank del Club presentará una ponencia sobre Tecnología y Excelencia.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">De nuevo en el ámbito aeroespacial, <strong>Roberto García-Arroba y Rafael Hernández</strong>, pilotos de caza del ejército presentarán a los asistentes una nueva forma de entender la gestión de equipos y del liderazgo de acuerdo a su experiencia al mando de escuadrones de aviones caza. Plantearán que la agilidad es importante para sobrevivir y también para el éxito.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Las ciudades inteligentes, las ciudades del futuro, basadas en la transformación digital, son también protagonistas en este Foro en el que se conocerá más de la utilización de la tecnología al servicio de los ciudadanos.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Ignacio García de Vinuesa</strong>, alcalde de Alcobendas, presentará su modelo de gobierno para resultar una gestión ágil en el sector público.</p>\n

<p style="text-align: justify;">A lo largo de la jornada, los asistentes podrán participar en distintos momentos en el juego de agilidad mental de EFQM a través de sus móviles. Los participantes descubrirán, con la ayuda de expertos nacionales e internacionales, cómo anticiparse, con atrevimiento y agilidad, para gestionar mejor y más rápido, en tiempos inciertos y digitales. Todo ello, en un ambiente dinámico, ágil y divertido.</p>\n
