Llevamos mucho tiempo reflexionando sobre este fenómeno y esto hace que nuestra concepción de la formación sea diferente y se asiente en unos principios como que la satisfacción no equivale a aprendizaje; el aprendizaje adulto no significa transmisión de conocimientos; los cursos no se dan ni se imparten; el aprendizaje no es lineal, es decir, las habilidades no se adquieren en orden como si fuera un libro; el factor auténticamente decisivo en el aprendizaje es la voluntad y el compromiso, pues los profesionales aprenden cuando la formación tiene que ver con ellos, y cuando se les ayuda, en primera persona, a relacionar lo que ya saben y viven con lo que han de aprender.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Si a estos principios metodológicos le añadimos los cambios que estamos experimentando en la forma en que consumimos formación, nos lleva a reformular nuestra forma de ofrecer servicios y conocimientos a nuestros alumnos y clientes.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Por ello, estamos inmersos en un proceso de transformación de la escuela de negocios para ofrecer programas y servicios en los que estén presentes la transversalidad, la personalización, una mayor conexión con la vida real, formarse en ambientes diferentes y con métodos más creativos, buscando modelos que nos ayuden desarrollar y evaluar las competencias empresariales pensando en nuestros alumnos y clientes actuales.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>• ¿Qué competencias son prioritarias actualmente en el mundo empresarial?</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">La Salle IGS es una escuela de negocios orientada a la formación ejecutiva, es decir, a profesionales con experiencia. En ese ámbito y en el de la prospectiva sobre las competencias profesionales más requeridas en el futuro, y que debemos desarrollar con nuestros alumnos se encuentran la <strong><em>creatividad</em> como clave para aportar valor en las organizaciones, <em>liderazgo</em> para impulsar la transformación en las empresas y <em>flexibilidad</em> como clave de la anticipación y adaptación a los cambios.</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>• </strong><strong>La Salle cuenta con un millón de alumnos por todo el mundo repartidos en 1.600 centros y más de 70 universidades, donde 70.000 profesionales se implican en la formación de sus estudiantes. Estas cifras ¿permiten ser ágiles en las ofertas de formación?</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Nos sentimos muy orgullosos de pertenecer a una gran red como La Salle, la segunda en el mundo en número de universidades y la primera en centros educativos. Nos aporta un gran valor en todos los sentidos. La Salle es internacional, lo que implica que en nuestro quehacer cotidiano mantenemos una <strong>mentalidad global</strong> y actuamos en consecuencia.
